Notice of Design/Manufacturing License for Civilian Nuclear Safety Machinery and Equipment

Shanghai Valve No.5 Factory Co., Ltd.:

　　Your company's "Civil Nuclear Pressure Equipment Design Qualification License Replacement Application Report" (Huwu Valve Report Letter [2010] No. 1148) and "Civil Nuclear Pressure Equipment Manufacturing Qualification License Replacement Application Report" (Hu Wu Valve Report Letter [ 2010] No. 1149) received. After review, it is hereby notified as follows:

　　According to the requirements of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Civilian Nuclear Safety Equipment" and its supporting regulations, our bureau has reviewed the application documents for the renewal of the design/manufacturing license of civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment submitted by your company, and conducted an on-site inspection. Agree to renew the design/manufacturing license of your company's civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment, and issue the "People's Republic of China Civilian Nuclear Safety Machinery and Equipment Design License" (NNSA Certificate S (11)18) and "People's Republic of China Civilian Nuclear Safety Design License" Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing License" (NNSA Certificate Z (11) 24), the license is valid from March 17, 2011 to March 16, 2016.

　　Your company shall carry out the design and manufacturing activities of nuclear safety equipment in accordance with the scope and conditions stipulated in the "People's Republic of China Civil Nuclear Safety Machinery and Equipment Design License" and "People's Republic of China Civil Nuclear Safety Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing License" to ensure nuclear safety equipment. Design and build quality.

　　The National Nuclear Safety Administration reviewed the application documents for the design license of civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment submitted by Shanghai Valve No. 5 Factory Co., Ltd., and conducted on-site inspections. All capabilities required by Article 13 of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Civilian Nuclear Safety Equipment and Article 8 of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of the Design, Manufacture, Installation and Nondestructive Inspection of Civilian Nuclear Safety Equipment (HAF601).

　　In accordance with the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Civilian Nuclear Safety Equipment and its supporting regulations, the National Nuclear Safety Administration approved the application of Shanghai Valve No. 5 Factory Co., Ltd. and issued this certificate. Shanghai Valve No. 5 Factory Co., Ltd. must comply with the following license conditions in the design activities of civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment:

　　1. Only engage in the design activities of civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment specified in the scope of license (see attached table).

　　2. Strictly abide by the requirements of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Civilian Nuclear Safety Equipment and its supporting regulations, and earnestly implement the reporting and filing system.

　　3. During the period of holding the certificate, strictly perform all the commitments in the application documents and application review.

　　4. During the period of holding the certificate, strictly operate the nuclear quality assurance system.

This license is valid from March 17, 2011 to March 16, 2016.

　　The National Nuclear Safety Administration reviewed the application documents for the civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment manufacturing license submitted by Shanghai Valve No. 5 Factory Co., Ltd., and conducted on-site inspections. All capabilities required by Article 13 of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Civilian Nuclear Safety Equipment and Article 8 of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of the Design, Manufacture, Installation and Nondestructive Inspection of Civilian Nuclear Safety Equipment (HAF601).

　　3. During the period of holding the certificate, strictly perform all the commitments in the application documents and application review.

　　4. During the period of holding the certificate, strictly operate the nuclear quality assurance system.

　　5. Before the start of manufacturing activities, complete the relevant process evaluation and process test items.

This license is valid from March 17, 2011 to March 16, 2016.
