Your company's "civil nuclear pressure equipment design qualification license replacement application report" (Shanghai five valve report letter [20101148No.) and "Civil Nuclear Pressure Equipment Manufacturing Qualification License Replacement Application Report" (Shanghai Five Valve Report Letter [2010] No. 1149) received. After examination, the notice is as follows:

In accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment and its supporting regulations, our bureau has reviewed the design of civil nuclear safety machinery equipment submitted by your company/Manufacturing license renewal application documents, and on-site inspection. Agree to continue your company's civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment design/Manufacturing license, and issued "the People's Republic of China civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment design license" (national nuclear safety certificate S (11)18) and "the People's Republic of China civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment manufacturing license" (national nuclear safety certificate Z (11)24), the license is valid from March 17, 2011 to March 16, 2016.

Your company shall carry out nuclear safety equipment design and manufacturing activities in accordance with the scope and conditions stipulated in the the People's Republic of China Civil Nuclear Safety Machinery and Equipment Design License and the the People's Republic of China Civil Nuclear Safety Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing License to ensure the quality of nuclear safety equipment design and manufacturing.

The National Nuclear Safety Administration reviewed the application documents for the design license of civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment submitted by Shanghai No.5 Valve Factory Co., Ltd. and conducted on-site inspection. It is believed that Shanghai No.5 Valve Factory Co., Ltd. has the requirements for the design of civil nuclear safety machinery and equipment. Article 13 of the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment and the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Design, Manufacture, Installation and Non-destructive Inspection of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment (HAF601)) The capabilities required by Article 8.

According to the "Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Supervision and Management Regulations" and its supporting regulations, the National Nuclear Safety Administration approved the application of Shanghai Valve Factory Co., Ltd., and issued this certificate.
