Shandong Haiyang Nuclear Power Phase I Project has a total of 84 engineering nodes, and 43 have been completed so far. According to the project plan, Haiyang nuclear power is expected to start formal power generation in 2014. After completion, the power generation capacity of one unit of Haiyang nuclear power plant will reach 1.25 million kilowatts. One year after the official power generation, units 1 and 2 will begin to enter commercial operation, and Shandong power grid will also usher in the new power brought by nuclear power reactors for the first time.
